When an AutoZoner is absent or late for work, it creates a hardship for other AutoZoners and jeopardizes ALLDATA's customer service. Failure to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance at work jeopardizes an AutoZoner's ability to do their job effectively. For this reason, regular and consistent attendance at work is required to consistently meet expectations for individual work performance.

OptumRx Prescription Drug Coverage*
Prescription drug coverage on Blue Cross Blue Shield plans are covered by OptumRx. Benefits include home delivery and automatic refill program options. Prescription drug co-pays can vary depending on medical plan selected during enrollment.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Options*
Blue Cross Blue Shield enrollees who choose the Economy HDHP or Basic HDHP medical plan options are provided a free HSA administered by HealthEquity. Enrollees may contribute tax-free earnings into this account each pay period to be used toward qualifying medical expenses. A minimum of $100 must be contributed to the HSA annually.

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)*
Blue Cross Blue Shield enrollees who choose the Choice PPO medical plan option are provided a free HRA administered by HealthEquity. This account can not accept contributions from payroll deductions but may accept AutoZone Health Reward dollars earned through Wellness Activities.
