Omega mapped out the available candidate market within the UK for candidates who would consider relocating and also explored the market within Eastern Europe, where there are a number of test facilities utilised by Omega.

Following our appointment by SHB as the chosen recruitment partner we undertook several key actions in order to ensure the success of our program:
Understanding the business – the Omega team visited every SHB depot in order to gain an understanding of the business needs on a local level and establish working relationships with each hiring manager.
Technology implementation – whilst visiting each depot the Omega team set up and trained all hiring managers on our bespoke technology platform. We have received positive feedback on the technology introduced due to the ease of use, speed of raising an employee requisition and being able to fully use the platform from Apple & Android devices whilst field based. The directors can approve or decline roles with the click of a button, upon approval the roles are automatically released to Omega.
