Entering into Sheet/PD

  • Everything will be entered for you on a weekly basis. By the end of the week it's expected that all leads have been touched.

  • We're starting an e-mail campaign next week that will touch all of the leads once with an e-mail before you'll touch them.

  • On *some* of the leads you'll see a note with a second e-mail address. Feel free to contact that too as it's the company e-mail.

Expectations

To be eligible to win the $500 prize you'll need to do two things each week:

  • Set 7 demos (as Cold Call Demos in PD) with the date and time of the set demo.

  • Touch each lead with your name on it that's in the Imported Cold Call Leads.

Math behind 7 demos set per week:

If you make 140 calls/ week

1 in 20 (at least ) will set a demo

of those demos set 3 in 5 will show

and of demos showed 1 in 5 will close

Monthly Break Down:

500 calls = 25 demos set = 15 showed = 3 closed deals

Reporting Cold Call Game

  • Starting June 15 we will have reports of the cold call game
  • Ideally these will be weekly reports where we will...

  • Conversion rates

  • all of these will be for everyone to see and will be broken down by person.
