Google Classroom is a free service for teachers and students. However, they can’t sign up unless their school has registered for the free Google for Education package.

Moodle

Moodle’s open-source platform is free to download and install. However, its cloud-based deployment, Moodle Cloud, comes in two packages: Moodle for Free and Moodle for School. Moodle for Free can be used for an unlimited amount of time. It’s limited to up to 50 users and 200 MB of file uploads. If you want to have more than 50 users you have to select one of plans below:

1. Mini-Plan up to 100 users = 190$/year

2. The small-plan up to 200 users= 380$/year

3. The medium-plan up to 500 users=760$/year
