La transformación de la tecnologia tuvo un gran avance en los últimos años, anteriormente un teléfono por ejemplo servía solo para comunicarse, actualmente Las TICs (Tecnologías de la información y comunicación) son todas aquellas herramientas, recursos, programas, redes sociales/medios digitales que permiten y facilitan la educación, comunicación y complementar trabajos.

Sin embargo, de forma lamentable se le ha dado uso inadecuado, la falta de información, prevención y acceso total a la información a través de los medios digitales ha tenido como consecuencia el alto índice de hechos delictivos; teniendo reportes de robos de identidad, robos de cuentas whatsapp, facebook, fraudes bancarios, robos de vehículos e incluso delitos graves como extorsión, acoso, violación, privación de la libertad y secuestro.

Proteger, prevenir e informar al ciudadano sobre los riesgos de ser victima de un ciberdelito.

VISIÓN

Metrics for success include a 30% reduction in reported cyber incidents within the first year, increased public engagement, and improved response times for cybercrime reports. Regular assessments will ensure targets are being met.

Hacer saber y dar a conocer el uso adecuado de las tecnologias, protección de información, auxiliar en temas especificos a traves de platicas y campañas informativas.

Derivado de estos hechos delictivos se debe crear la Policía Cibernética con el objetivo principal de hacer frente a esta problemática desde una óptica de prevención, así como la investigación y debido seguimiento de éstos ilícitos.

OBJETIVO

Realizar análisis delictivos e investigación con la finalidad de detectar conductas que vulneren la seguridad digital de los ciudadanos.

Efectuar medidas de acción y reacción que logren combatir el delito y reducir la criminalidad.

Capacitación policial constante, mayor eficiencia policial.

Tercer párrafo del artículo 69 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos se presenta la Estrategia Nacional de Seguridad Pública para los efectos conducentes, de la cual se informará anualmente sobre el estado que guarde.

El artículo 21 que la seguridad pública es una función a cargo de la Federación, las entidades federativas y los municipios, que comprende la prevención de los delitos; la investigación y persecución para hacerla efectiva.
