The project life cycle
4 Parts - Initiation, Planning, Execution and Evaluation
Each stage is important in ensuring the successful delivery of a large project
For D1, we need to evaluate EACH STAGE of the project life cycle
You need to decide how important each stage is in the successful completion of a project.
Evidence
You can't just have an opinion, you have to back it up with knowledge gained from research.
THIS MUST BE REFERENCED
You also MUST look at different IT projects and how each stage has affected their outcomes - positive or negative
Split your report up WITH TITLES for the four sections
Outline what happens during the stage
Talk about a project AND HOW IT HAS BEEN AFFECTED by the stage
Summarise
The idea of this report is that it will be given to your team during your presentation
Therefore it needs to be presented as a typed document, rather than a presentation as in P1.
Following the same rules as before, any information researched should be referenced to give your document credibility.
If you don't reference, I can't pass this CW!
