Using the Service Fusion Mobile App for Techs
Step 1: Logging in the First Time+
- Contact the office manager at: (321) 567-5278
- Your user name will be your first and last name, all in lower-case.
- If this is your first time using the Service Pro app, the office manager will send you an email.
- The email contains a link that you click on and it will give you the chance to input your own password.
Get The Company ID, Your User Name and Password+
- Type the Company ID: construction321
- Type in your user name
- Type in your password
- Click Sign In
Step 2: Clock In+
Scroll to the Bottom of the Screen and Press Clock In+
- When we clock in, Service Fusion automatically ties us to the job site.
- When Fred does payroll, Service Fusion tells him what job site we were attached to, so he can add our pay to the expenses linked to that job.
- Service Fusion saves Fred hours of payroll work.
- Those hours he saves allow him to do more estimates, which get us more jobs, and more work, and bigger paychecks!!

Step 3: Work Through your Workday+
Click on the My Work Tab+
- I'm assigned to the the 350 N Atlantic LLC job.
- I'm shown the start time (when I have to be on site and begin work)
- Approximately how long it will last
- My name
- The job's address
Look at the Jobs You're Assigned to+
Begin and Finish Your Job+
Step 1: Take lots of photos of the job site and work area.
- I recommend taking the pics with your phone's camera.
- After you take the pics, click the photo icon.
- Click add new
- Choose "Pick from Gallery"
- Now click on all the pics you took.
- Choose done and your app will upload the pics to Service Fusion.
Step 1: Take Lots of "Before" Pics+
- Click the job's "Sign" button.
- Pre-Work is before the job starts.
- Have the customer sign.
- When the job is finished, go through the same process and but click the button called Post-Work.
- Have the client sign.
- Click "Done Signing"
- It's as easy as that to get signatures!!
Step 2: Get the Signature from the Client to Start+
- Just like you took the "before" pics, go through the same process of going back to the job screen and choose the camera icon.
- Take lots of pics with your phone's camera of all the work we did.
- Get close-ups
- Take pics of the same subject from many different angles.
- In this case, more is better!
Step 3: Take "After" Pics+
- Click on the signature pic.
- Click on 'Post-Work'
- Get the client's signature
- Press 'Done Signing.'
Step 4: Get the Client's Signature when the work is done+
Step 5: Add Completion Notes+
- Completion Notes are your way of explaining any thoughts, insights or concerns about the job.
- Click on the area that says "No completion notes available."
- Another screen comes up. Click on "Edit Completion Notes."
- Now type into the text box.
- If you think Lee or Fred need to check up on this job, tick the "Requires Follow-Up" box.
- Push 'Save' at the bottom of the screen and you're done with the job!
- It's so important to take lots of pics and notes to protect ourselves as workers and to protect our company.
- Most customers treat us fairly but we all know some don't. If we're accused of doing wrong, our pics and notes prove otherwise.
- These things can protect us from personal lawsuits as well as suits against 321 Construction.
- Lastly, taking pics showcases your hard work and the company's hard work. We will use these pictures to prepare portfolios to win future clients!
