- Co-ordination with care taker, dress department, Kitchen department, make up department etc..

- If suppose, any technical issue will be create in show then discus with dome coordinator and stop the show and give command/ hand over to crowd controller department to handle the crowd.

- Enforcing show control room discipline.
- Maintaining the quality of the show all over.
- Reporting and analysis of show by time to time .
