Keep a written schedule that keeps track of all the activities, such as school, sports, and job hours, you do to help you reach your daily goals of completing each different task to your full potential

Plan time for sleep because teens need at least nine hours of sleep every night to help them be successful. Teens that get 7.5 hours of sleep are considered sleep deprived

While planning your schedule always leave time for unplanned activities and mishap

Eliminate distractions (phone), by doing this you can complete each task in a less amount of time

Set priorities. Don't forget about your friends and family. It's good to have a balance schedule
