Create more job opportunities for women and youth and increase their empowerment to work in the agricultural sector and sub-sectors related to the agricultural sector, by supporting and developing emerging agricultural projects.

which lead to Gap in the market

The project aims to improve skills, assets and competence of young women and men to enter the labor market as entrepreneurs or employees in the field of Specific value chains through conducting "Go Professional Training " for all the target groups in agricultural sector.

How did we Launch?

Results

From market analysis we reach to:

Selecting 6 value chains of :

Dairy cows

grapes

palm trees

vegetables (carrots and onions) in the Gaza Strip

apricot -stone fruits, vegetables (faqous, zucchini and bell pepper) in the West Bank)

1- Adopt a methodology of Complex Task approach.

2- Preparing training curricula according to CTA for 6 value chains to serve the 4 target groups (engineers, technicians, farmers, women producers)

Conclusion

The cumulative effect of all planned activities in the project will increase its impact over time on the 6 value chains and what they intersect with them from other chains.

All this did not and will not be achieved from the project alone, but depends on:

1- Enhancing cooperation

2- Enhancing coordination

3- Providing the possible environment for harmony between the actors, which contributes to achieving the ultimate goal.
