The signs and symptoms you get are a fever, sore throat, swollen lymph glands, sometimes swollen spleen, unusual looking white blood cells (atypical lymphocytes). You can have more white blood cells (lymphocytes) extreme fatigue, head and body aches, rash, neutrophilis or platelets, viral menginitis. If you've already had it, you can't get it again. Signs usually show in in 4-7 weeks, also known as the incubation period, so it is latent until that point.
