Success Planning using Lokahi Wheel Spring 2022
Physical/Body
We all want our bodies to be healthy and balanced and here's what I would want to do to keep my body healthy:
- Getting some exercise in twice or three times a week to be active and not lazy
- Eating the right foods like fruits and vegetables
- Most importantly being hygienic and drinking LOTS of water
Most of us have a difficult time knowing who we are spiritually and being able to connect with ourselves on a spiritual level. Here are some ways where I can connect to myself spiritually:
- Knowing who I believe in or who I would follow
- Connecting myself to my inner spirit
- Finding a deeper meaning in everything and connect it to my life
- Meditating by letting everything out and clearing my mind to feel like I am connected to my spirit
Feelings/Emotions
Feelings/Emotions
I have a difficult time with handling my feelings/emotions but, here's what would help me:
- Talking out my feelings to my friends or family to let out everything out that has been kept inside of me
- Writing out my feelings in a notebook
- Having a day to myself to let all of my emotions out
- Singing or listening to music to help cope with my feelings
Friends/Family
- Spending time with friends and families
- Making unforgettable memories
- Cherishing every moment that I have with everyone before time runs out

- Not over thinking about bad things that happen but, analyzing why it happened
- Thinking about the positive outcomes from situations
- Having a positive mind set and staying calm when getting frustrated in a situation

Work/School
We all have work and school in college and sometimes it's difficult to handle both things at once if it's not properly balanced out. These are the ways where I can balance out my schooling and job:
- No procrastinating !
- Working on the weekends
- Focus on school work during the week and not worry about it on weekends
- Spread out the homework on different days of the week
