Apple are able to motivate their employees to not only do they're job effective and efficiently, they also make sure the employees enjoy doing it. To achieve this, Apple uses both financial and non- financial rewards.

financial rewards : Financial techniques refer to monetary rewards, pay may be seen as the only reason for working but there are other reasons .

examples of financial rewards: wages, salary, profit sharing, commission, bonus, etc.

Non- Financial Rewards : Non-financial incentives do not involve money payments. These are also important in motivating employees as they bring in psychological and emotional satisfaction to them.
