At T.M.G.I. we aim to give students an opportunity at school to express their mental health leading them to a healthier adulthood. This period would help students feel safer or more comfortable by reaching out to other students or teachers.
Our desired outcome at The Mental Gymnastics Institution (T.M.G.I.) is to give students an open period during school to discuss or learn about mental health with students or teachers giving them the ability to reach out on mental health problems they are facing or are curious about. At T.M.G.I we want to see students thrive in their mental health and never be scared to express what they’re feeling. Our solution would provide better environments for students and improve mental health for the next generation of students.
Raising mental health awareness can help you to understand your symptoms, find professional treatment, and, perhaps most importantly, break the mental health stigma that leaves so many people suffering in secret.

Overall improvement of mental health
Approximately over one out of three students have feelings of sadness and hopelessness while one in six students have made a plan for suicide at some point in recent time according to cdc.gov. It is not uncommon for high school students to fall into depression, this affects them, the school and the people in their lives. We wish to fight for these students and teach them that life holds much happiness and hope.
