If you experience any troubles with uploading an attachment, please refresh Efecte page CTRL + F5 or FN + F5 and it will not happen again.
After Efecte release 2020.1, for some users this is required.
We continue to adjust our intranet site to make it easy and straightforward to use for Eltel personnel. The changes are subtle, but updated and monitored by us regularly, so that they show the actual status of who we are as GSS and what we do.

This year, just as in 2020, we will have a couple of sessions of the intro trainings, but there is also a second level being prepared – Process Improvement training. This might be a good one for those who are interested in the practical use of methods and tools aimed at improving our processes.
The questionnaire has already been sent out to you, so you may enroll to the preferable date.
In case of any questions – just ask Patrycja or Karol.
The automation of processes for our colleagues from Norway was going very well but we had to postpone the final delivery until the end of Feb. From our perspective, quality is of greatest importance so it was decided to put a stress on that instead of just strictly keeping the deadline.
So far, our Norwegian colleagues were very content with the cooperation with us, so hopefully they will come back with more support requests in the area of automation in the future!

As you may remember, the new functionality for gathering feedback from our Efecte customers is constantly monitoring their satisfaction. So far, since October 2020, GSS keeps a steady result of approximately 25% of our tickets rated “positive” and less than a percent of “negatives”.

Health bands - warm-up time!
It's time to try our HEALTH BANDS in non-binding February warm-up:
- start with charging the band, enter your data and try how it works
- download the application recommended in the manual
- check the available functions
- start monitoring your steps and other parameters (e.g. stress, heart rate, sleep quality)
We start with getting to know our health bands and soon we will be
measuring and comparing our results on the number of steps.
Did you know WHO recommends 8,000 steps a day? Check your score!

Currently, HRO is busy with the transition to the new Recruitment and Medicover platform – we need to learn how both are working as well as new work instructions are needed ☹ We have been inundated with Medicover, ZFŚS and PIT statements lately, and we are trying to get to the surface.
Apart of that the same business as in other teams – instructions, process maps, and PDDs are our daily topics now.
RTR
2021 started really quick in RTR Team, we have smoothly moved from a YEC to January closing. Finally after January was closed we have some time to take a breath, have a coffee and some doughnuts. Next topic which will land on our table is PDDs and annual goals setting.
The whole team is staying healthy and motivated for the upcoming challenges, especially the “steps-challenge".

The guidelines required by the communication department for the entire company are following:
Name, title and address data
Font: Arial Regular or Calibri
Font size: 10
Alignment: left align
Colour: black
• Add a prefix signature with “----” line before the name and title.
• Title can be separated to two lines if it is much longer than other rows.
• Add one line break between title and address data.
• Company name is bolded and adjacent to the address data, ELTEL in capitals.
• Always add the electronic mail address after the address data.
• The telephone number shall be the last telephone number.
• Do not add any pictures to the end of your signature!

Please be reminded about the current epidemic restrictions in the Tryton Business House:
- keep a 2m distance from others;
- use masks in common areas;
- know that hand sanitizers are available around the Tryton Reception;
- a maximum of two people can be in the elevator;
- no outsiders are allowed into the offices, including suppliers, couriers, postman and catering. The necessary services are an exception.
- the canteen remains closed until further notice, however, there is a buffet on the ground floor offering lunch sets for self-heating; Hungry Bear is around the entrance everyday around 10:30.

I am a student of Management at the Gdańsk University of Technology and already started my adventure in Eltel during the summer internship in 2020. I just came back from my Erasmus exchange in Croatia to join the OTC &Treasury team again. Besides, I enjoy live music at concerts and festivals (alreally miss this part in Corona's lifetime) and I am trying to do my best to live more eco-friendly.

My name is Joanna Marciniak. I am very happy to be joining the PTP team as a new junior accountant. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Gdansk. During my studies I participated in Erasmus student exchange in Sweden. I lived there for half a year which was an incredible experience. For the past year I worked in an accounting office as a junior accountant. In my free time I like to work as a volunteer during sports and cultural events. My other hobbies include going to concerts, reading and taking care of my plants. I can’t wait to meet you all!

I'm very glad to join your team in Gdansk. Since almost 14 years I work in accountancy and last 7 years I have gained experience in international environment through working in Shared Service Centers especially in German markets. I have also studied accountancy and as a student I have worked as an voluntary in Berlin. I’m original from Gdansk. I love Tricity and his cultural and natural resources. Privately I’m a big fan of salsa and bachata dancer. I also like bicycle, long walks and gym. In a winter time I practice cold water (morsowanie).
