Problem Statement

End Goal

We want all the staff at the Health Hub to feel valued, motivated, and apart of a cohesive team. The staff in this organization are suffering from a lack of motivation, communication, and teamwork skills. This is causing staff to feel burnt out, disengaged, frustrated, and has lead to staff questioning if they want to continue in this field. We will use our education and knowledge in professional communication and organizational behaviour to create programs to improve the overall organization.
