When making decisions always make yourself aware of every possible out come. Always think about what people may think about you after you make this decision. make sure that you're confident about it and will not change it on the slightest change in evidence.

Work Ethic

It is important to have respect for the people around you. Don't do anything foolish that will cause you to lose that respect. Always treat your coworkers as you would like to be treated. Do not cheat or steal from your employer, instead respect th property and authority.

Work Ethic is an important trait for every employee. It includes having a good attitude, keeping the quality of your work high, and keeping a high morale of you situation, and being self driven.

It is important for every employee to understand how to take criticism. The number one thing not to do is get angry. You always accept it and if you have a problem with their advice then talk to them later in a calm manner.
