Transperth SmartRider Usage

Tagging

You must tag on and off each leg of your journey.

This includes all bus, train and ferry legs of your travel.

If you fail to tag on, you could be fined $100 for fare evasion.

If you fail to tag off, you will receive a default fare. This fare is significantly more than the intended travel

If you receive a default fare, indicated by an orange light, call us on the InfoLine 136213.
