Friendship
The Dam Keeper
"Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget."
The Dam Keeper tells the story of Pig who lives alone in a wind mill. Pig doesn't have many friends, but when he meets Fox that all changes.
Darkness
- Pig meets Fox and everything changes the minute he spots her.
- Pig made a mistake about Fox's drawing but Fox forgave him because that's what good friends do.
"I walk into the darkness so others can see the light."
- Pig has to live in a wind mill to keep the darkness away
- The darkness in the Dam Keeper represents bullies
- The town animals never realized how much they had to depend on him until it's too late
Bullying
"Stop bullying.
No one deserves to feel worthless. "
- All the students at the school bullied Pig they made oinking noises and pig noses.
- The adults didn't even try to stop the bullying they were also the problem.
- Pig was shoved into a toilet, laughed at , and had to sit on the bus alone.
Fox was the only animal who sat with Pig on the bus.
