When we first started personal fitness I was really lazy. I never wanted to participate int he work out because it was just something I didn't like doing.My goal was to get a good shape,flat stomach, and just to be healthy in general. So far I've accomplished trying to be healthy overall but the other I have yet to accomplish.Therefore moving forward I plan on working out more and having a plan I can go on.

Fitness Log 3 days

1st block

Day 1: We worked on legs so we did 3 sets of lunges, ran 1 mile, 3 sets of leg throws and walked 2 laps for a cool down

Day 2: We worked on our arms and core. Therefore we did 3 sets of pushups, 2 minute planks, partner sit ups, and triceps dips

Day 3: We worked on quads so we did 3 sets regular squats, we did jump squats halfway down the field 2 times, we also did bleacher jumps, and ran a mile.

Writing Prompt #3

I would describe exercise and nutrition after taking personal fitness something important. I say that because nutrition is something that you need in a everyday life and it something that keeps you healthy. Exercising is really beneficial for you in the future when you start at a young because it keeps your body in shape and makes you healthy. You have better chances of not getting sick.You can get nutrition from being on a diet that is healthy for you as long as you stay on the plan.

Summary

My attitude towards working out after this class is very positive because now I feel like i have a lot of motivation towards wanting to work out cause before i really hated it. The feedback for my instructor aka one of my favorite teachers is thanks for pushing me and never doubting. I appreciate everything that you do.
