- How to properly prepare for a recipe that you are making (prep work) and the steps that it takes
- Finally how to work with other people while cooking, and how to evenly distribute all of the work to the other team members instead of just you yourself doing all of the work

Ways I Will Use My Foods Skills To Benefit Me and Others
- Learning how to properly chop different foods (knife skills)
- Learning all the different cooking techniques such as saute, boil, grill, simmer and being able to apply them to different recipes
- Finally the safety/following directions that it takes while cooking
- Being able to make myself a cost effective/ healthier meal instead of eating out all the time ( fast food places)
- Showing others different ways to make there foods that they are currently eating healthier and more beneficiary
- Be able to use all of the different equipment in the kitchen so I could bake biscuits, simmer soup on the stove, and also be able to make my own dough
