Dashboard

  • Organizational units describe the different business areas within the organization. Organizational units (like company, department, division, section, unit and branch) must exist in the organizational structure and be linked each other within the KIAN HRM system to allow the creation of a hierarchical structure of the organization and a network or relationship between the units.
  • Maintain employee records with this comprehensive employee database. Increase your productivity and decrease reporting time when important personnel information is needed.
  • Defining and applying company policies is a main function of your HR department. KIAN HRM system is one of the fewer systems which gives you the ability to configure company policies.
