Purpose of Partnerships
What will your organization bring to the table? (i.e.: staffing, training, PR, services, events, resources, professional development, youth development expertise, student supports, building space, feedback)
- To work toward shared goals through a division of labor that all parties agree on
- To add value to individual organizations
- To deliver practical solutions to community issues
- Evaluating partnership as a whole - what's going well in the partnership and what needs to change?
- How are you evaluating progress towards outcomes? What is the timeline for evaluation?
- How are the parties communicating and creating feedback loops (schedule, timeline, in-person/on the phone, etc)
- How do you plan to celebrate successes?
- How are you highlighting and sharing individual success stories?
- How are you incorporating media coverage, blog posts, etc.
- Will you host an event at the end of the project?
