Differences
The differences that were noticed from one type of educational stakeholder to the next is easily depicted by their answers that are a result of the job or role they play. One of these differences is shown by the stakeholders who deal with the students on a daily bases were always mentioning the student like that of the Principal, community member and parent. The other two stakeholders of the Union representative and the District director of personnel referred more to the teachers behavior only affecting the teacher. Another difference among the interviews of the stakeholders is that of the principal, union representative and community member stating that it was the parents responsibility to help the teacher by keeping open communication that would positively affect the teacher's conduct and the parent and director of personnel stated it was the parent's job to monitor, report and research teacher misconduct issues. Lastly another difference that was apparent when all the educational stakeholders interviews are compared is of the legal and ethical issues teacher person encountered. The principal, and director of personnel mentioned issue of teacher or school officials misconduct, the parent and community member named issues for the students( their children) and the union representative stated issues for teacher rights. These interviews had answers to the questions that were right in line with the educational stakeholders position in the educational field and were noticeably different by these roles.
