Facilities may be used by any eligible group after school hours.
According to Milford Central School policy, district residents are authorized to use it's facilities after school for activities.
Stephen and Darleen Fournier sought the use of one of the buildings for the Good News Club, a Christian organization for children.
Their request was denied because they thought that the Good News Club's nature of use was equivalent of religious worship prohibited by the community use policy.
