Coffee Promise
Housekeeping Cont.
- Times and temps front and back are better, but have to be 100%, we can do better
- If temps aren't at proper reading, fix the issue, don't just write down an acceptable number
- Check and write down proper fridge and freezer temps, including front fridges as we'll
- Don't forget to do dishwasher temp, part of food safety, dishes need to be clean for ourselves and guests to eat off of
- New breakfast and lunch order menus are to help improve Speed of Service, please use and train guests.
House keeping
- Books filled out for all chores completed
- Staff clothes,coats and shoes. In designated area
- Communicate better with baker on showcase/sandwich board needs to avoid running out of product
- Work safe, if you drop something or see something on the floor, pick it up, don't wait for someone to slip first. Safety is more important than anything else
- everything must be up off the floor in the fridge and freezer, this includes ice cap and smoothie mix - food safety
1) Stop, Drop, & Serve (we must greet all guests within the required 5 seconds)
2) Enhancing guest orders
3) Providing polite direction where and whom the guest will receive their order from
4) Lattes to stay should always go in glass mugs, flavored lattes come with 1 sugar unless otherwise requested.
5) Default China Mugs for Eat-in Service
1) Fondants, temperature and water level (the temp of the warmer should not need to be altered)
2) Production sheet – record throws and zeros, show when expires, record as you bake.
3) Floors/glazer cleaned every shift and 3 compartment sink dishes washed and put away
4) Boxes need to be broken down and put in their designated spot
5) Clean as you go – microwave, power base, tables

- Employees need to pay attention to what the customers are saying when they are ordering
Order Accuracy/Product Quality
- I come through every morning and ask for my bagel triple toasted and it always comes just slightly warmed
- I ask for a black coffee refill and they charge me for a regular coffee, and always put cream or milk in it, I have to go to another location and buy another one
Love how they're always greeting me very quickly, the people are friendly and they try so hard to be fast. The leaders on shift really motivate the workers and they seem happy. Keep up the good work.
The lady who served me was so fast! She was very nice and I let her keep the change for being the best server ever to make hot chocolate be ready that fast!
