Pulp is basically made by removing

the bark from logs, shredding, then boiling at high pressure in a solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide. Bleach or coloring can be added at this point, then the pulp is sent off to the paper factory.

After Paper is used, it can be recycled, reused, or simply thrown away.

Distribution :

Paper is distributed in different ways. Stores or magazine companies will usually make large purchases, and then consumers can buy smaller portions from them.

Step 4: Finishing Up

Step 2: Beating

The dried paper can now be wound onto large reels for further smoothing if necessary . Different types of coats can now be added also, to create a more shiny surface.

The pulp is next put through a pounding and squeezing process called beating.

Step 3: Drying

The pulp is squeezed through a series of rollers, while suction devices below the belt drain off water.
