In conclusion, volleyball may seem as a low work and/or movement sport when it actually requires many physical aspects. volleyball is a simple game but when putting to play all these physical components It becomes challenging and competitive.

Power

Power is a key component becuase Players need to be able to generate enough upper body power and strength for spikes or blocks. A lot of leg power is needed for players to jump high enough to block or smash the ball over the net during play.Hitting is a big part of the game, and It earns a lot of points for both teams. Another key part of volleyball are the serves. Players need powerful serves

Components of Fitness in Volleyball

Co-ordination

In volley ball co-ordination is a big component. Volleyball requires many different kinds of co-ordination such as hand-eye. PLayers also co-ordination when completing simple actions in the game. Hitting probably involves the most co-ordination due to the fact that you have to time the ball in the air, swing, jump and hit it at the same time.

What is Volleyball?

Volleyball is a team sport Where two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's Side.

Basic Rules:

Maximum of 3 hits per side

Points are made on every serve for wining team of rally (rally-point scoring).

Player may not hit the ball twice in succession. (A block is not considered a hit.)

Ball may be played off the net during a volley and on a serve.

A ball hitting a boundary line is in.

A ball is out if it hits an antennae, the floor completely outside the court, any of the net or cables outside the antennae, the referee stand or pole, the ceiling above a non-playable area.

It is legal to contact the ball with any part of a player’s body.

Training for agility involves simple exercises like side-shuffles, back pedalling, rope-jumping and short sprints.
