- as Jacqueline Lee Bouvier in Southampton, New York.
- Her father, John Bouvier, was a wealthy New York stockbroker of French Catholic descent, and her mother, Janet, was an accomplished equestrienne of Irish Catholic heritage.So she was very wealthy as a child.

- She died due to cancer on May 19,1994 at the age of 64
- She was buried with her husband JFK and her kids at Arlington National Cemetery
