Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• To assist the Group Marketing Team Leader in implementing, developing and monitoring the company marketing strategy and brand.
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of relevant notices from the Official Journal for the European Union (OJEU) and Expressions of Interest.
• Responsible for scheduling the completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) within the Marketing team.
• Completing PQQ and tender documentation in timely manner.
• Maintaining and utilising the Easy PQQ system.
• Responsible for organising of regional marketing events and exhibitions. Attending certain events where necessary, promoting the company and delivering a specific message relating to the brand.
• Responsible for ensuring the production of project sheets and project proformas.
• Writing news features for the Company monthly newsletter.
• Design work using Adobe software as and when required.
• Responsible for the ordering and production of marketing and promotional items.
• Contributing to the required office culture, conduct and discipline to encourage enjoyable, productive and efficient working of all personnel.
• Fostering sound working relationships with the Director and other employees.
• Any other duties consistent with the job description that may be required from time to time.
