Many visits to NFIC revealed disagreement on the way of distributing their products in some areas. This project aim at objectively identify and assess all problems associated with the configuration of network distribution to the retail stores only.
1. to improve the distribution network from the central warehouse to all retailers.
2. to eliminate the wastes such as; additional time, money, materials, stocks and energy.
This method aims to accurately assess the supply chain practice by conducting audits across a sample of value streams therefore we will be able to identify the good and bad procedures in the company
