• Aaron came to America in 1900 from Russia. He came here in 1915.
• Ida was born in 1910 in Burlington, Vermont.
• They lived in Albany, New York.
• They lived together and had two kids.
• Aaron owned a pawn shop
• Ida was a housewife.

Ralph and Sylvia Disman

• Ralph was born in 1910 and came to America in 1920 from Russia.
• Sylvia was born in 1910 and came to America in 1920 from Poland.
• They got married in 1932 in New York City.
• They had two kids
• Ralph worked as a pickle manufacturer
• Sylvia worked as a saleswoman.

This boat brought immigrants from Ireland to New York, docking at the closest port to where my grandpa Gregory lived. This is the ship that my grandpa Gregory took to America.

Barbara and Phil Disman

• Gregory was born in 1930 in Fermanagh, Ireland
• Mary was born in 1934 in Sligo, Ireland
• Gregory came to America in 1948 from Ireland
• Mary came to America in 1954 from Ireland
• They met in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania and got married in 1965
• Greg worked as a LIRR Conductor
• Mary worked was a homemaker
• Greg fought in WWII
• They lived in Smithtown, New York and had six kids

My great grandparents came from the eastern part of Russia.

• Barbra was born in 1939 in Albany, New York
• Phil was born in 1937 in Jamaica, New York
• They met in Albany, New York on a blind date
• Phil fought in WWII
• Barbara worked selling real estate, and is currently unemployed
• Phil sells promotional items to the government
• They started a family in Albany, New York and had two kids
• They now live in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Andrew Disman

Greg, John, Paul, Michael

• Andrew was born in 1969 in Albany, New York
• He married Nancy Andelsman in1995 on Long Island, New York
• They currently live in Melville, New York with two children, Emily (13) and Jami (10)
• Andrew currently works in sales
• Nancy currently is a CFO of a credit card processing company

• Greg was born in 1966 in Smithtown. He went to SUNY Oswego and met his wife. He currently is a Financial Planner and lives in East Northport with wife and two children.
• John was born in 1967. He works as a product engineer. He lives in San Francisco, California with his wife Hope and daughter Quinn.
• Paul was born in 1968. He works as a radiology technician. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Michelle, daughter Katie and son Nolan.
• Michael was born in 1972. He is currently a project manager. He lives in Tampa, Florida and is not married.

Maureen, Judy

• Maureen was born in1973 . She is currently a high school math teacher in Mooresville, North Carolina. She lives with her husband Tim, sons Connor and Aidan, and daughters Shayne and Addison.
• Judy was born in 1970 . She lives in Roanoke, Virginia with husband Duke, daughters Morgan and Shannon, and son Sean. She works as a nurse.
