Born January 31st , 1875 In Quasqueton Iowa
Graduaed University of Iowa college of Pharnacy
in 1897 and became a professor in pharmaceutical
arithmetic and laboratory courses.
In addition to Zada taking on the roles
in the APhaA and AACP Zada also founded
A fraternity called Kappa Eplison in 1921 with the purpose of uniting female pharmacy students.
Zada joined the American
Pharmaceutical Association (APha)
in 1909 and further more initiated
the womens section in the APha and
was later elected presided for it in
1917
Zada was an intelligent and ambitious women who was determined to make change
and with all the hard work she put in, she accomplished that. Its no more uncommon to see women working in pharmacies.
Zada also became the secretary for
the American Association of colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) from 1922-1942.
