Getting Your Survey Ready
KEY STEPS
1) Write your assessment plan and design your survey.
2) Submit your assessment plan & survey to SAIRO.
3) Receive feedback and approval to submit to Baseline
- Approval granted by SAIRO or SAAC

The Details
Upload your survey instrument in the Project Files section of the Project Dashboard.
- Baseline staff will program your survey and notify you when ready. (Within 4 business days.)
Review your survey using the "Preview" button.
- Has a "preview" watermark.
- Will not record your responses.
- Check skip patterns.
- Verify introductions/language.
- Check landing page (e.g. your department website)

Introducing the Rubric Tool
This product is so user friendly I would definitely like to be able to continue to use it in the future. It makes conducting assessment seem feasible!
Pro:
- Sends personalized link
- Can connect to demographic data
- Can send follow-up just to non-responders
Con:
- Not anonymous
- Need to have access to email addresses
Pro:
- Anonymous
- Can be used on web page, email signature, or tablet at front desk
Con:
- Cannot connect to demographic or other existing data without UID
- Don't know who to remove from reminders
- Allows you to set up rubric.
- Use to define levels of success for a program or outcome.
- Can be used digitally by multiple evaluators.
- Shares consistent standards across time/space.
