Zack & Dante's History Presentation

South

Though far less industrial than the North, the South was comprised of mainly of plantations and much farmland. Most crops were composed of fruits, vegetables, tobacco, and the king of all the southern crops was that of cotton. It was shipped to the north, Britain, and Europe and was an extremely important material for clothing, cloth, and stuffing items.

  • North's workforce were mainly payed employees
  • South's workforce were mainly forced slaves
  • North's bosses were wealthy CEO's and management system
  • South's bosses were plantation owners and white employees
  • Most of Europe, Britain, Spain, and the opposite side would buy, trade, and sell goods from both the north and south.

Even though they may seem entirely independent and separate both the North and South heavily relied on each other. With numerous turmoils and troubles there was always a sliver lining to even the darkest of clouds.

A country's economy plays a pivotal role in the entire foundation of a nation. For the economy provides funding for the support of all affairs in, foreign and domestic. Throughout history all thriving nations have relied upon the economy.

North

Far more industrial than the South, the North was made up of industrial factories that produced textiles, glass, steel, clothes, rail, and various steam engine parts. This was the beginning of the industrial revolution. This meant that the age of mass production was upon America.
