Why is it that if a woman says something seductive she is perceived as a slut or whore or easy? If a man does it, it's accepted and isnt' judged so harshly?
Blanche Devereaux was perhaps driving by a strong sex drive, or maybe she didn't have very high morals or standards. Maybe it was a lack of self respect....but whatever it was, she didn't accept that her desire to have an active sex life was any different than a man that slept around or enjoyed the company of women.
