The Panama-Canada Agreement is an agreement between Canada and Panama that was signed on May 14th, 2010 and was put into force on April 1st, 2013 by the Canadian prime minister at the time, Stephen Harper, and the Panamanian President Ricardo Martinelli.
In 2003, There was a few cases of Mad Cow Disease found in Canada, and over 40 countries closed their boarders to Canadian beef and cattle, including Panama
