Training: the process of arranged plans and methods for increasing the employee’s performance regarding their mentality, skills, learning and conduct;
both for beginner occupational or present.
For McDonalds:
“Training is an investment we have to make in the leaders of tomorrow. We want to model that it’s important”
Step 3: Validation
