When and how do I request a degree audit?

  • When you have 30 earned credits from RSC or transfer credit or as required by Financial Aid or Veteran Affairs
  • Degree audit requests are available at GSC in SSB room 106 or printed online
  • The completed degree audit is sent to your student email account after processing (apprx. 2-3 weeks)
  • You do not need to resubmit a Degree audit if the one on file just needs to be updated

What's in it for me?

  • Lets you know what courses you need to complete your degree
  • Gives you an estimated graduation term
  • Helps make sure that you are included in the commencement program and ceremony
  • You only need to do a Degree Audit once unless you change your major or sit out two consecutive 16-week semesters
