  • At 6:00 p.m
  • It swept through Bangladesh in many parts of the Dhaka Region

Formation and Path

  • Left around 80,000 people homeless
  • trees were uprooted
  • Saturia and Manikganj were completely destroyed
  • The cool air from the himalayas met the warm air in Bangladesh to make a cyclone of wind
  • Started in the Daulatpur area
  • countinued eastward to Saturia and Manikganj Sadar
  • Lasted 1.5 hours
