Negative impacts of vehicles on the environment

What natural resources are used at any of these stages of a vehicle's life?

What are the environmental impacts of...

In what ways do vehicles help us in our daily lives??

Ladies and gentlemen, we present you... the flying car ;-;

metal,steel,latex (rubber),glass,paint,natural gas ,aliminium, and petrolium are just some of the natural resources.

•help us be on time

•travel long distances

•save lives (ambulance, fire trucks, police,etc.)

  • •delivery of goods,products
  • exports and imports
  • helps keep the city/town running. ex.garbage trucks

building,using and disposing vehicles?

Building vehicle requires metal; mining causes tailing to enter the environment which causes pollution. Using vehicles too much will damage the Ozone layer with gas exhaustion. Vehicle recycling is the dismantling of vehicles for spare parts, which is great since recycling is harmless to the environment.

Wasn't that pretty cool?

^^Pollution ^^

Is habitat destruction involved?

One possible solution to the negative effects of the vehicles on the environment

one solution could be that all vehicles become hybrid which means that the car works on electricty and fuel but mostly electricity could be one way. we wish all cars could be eco friendly ;-;

One like = one hybrid car ;-;

What effects do vehicles have on the water, land, and air?

We mostly used our minds but we forgot what websites we used...sorry

sadly, yes it is involved because you need to mine metals from the ground which might pollute the environment and habitats with toxic chemicals. Also, the building of roads for the use of cars destroys habitats because we clear land to build highways.

Air: Every time you start your car's engine, that vehicle releases pollutants in to the air. Even new cars equipped with anti-pollution devices like catalytic converters still cause some air pollution. Pollution in the air leads to poor air quality, health concerns, and rising greenhouse gases. Water: There could be oil or other liquid leaks and the liquids would go into rivers and streams and would damage the wildlife living there. Land: The environmental impact on soil consists of soil erosion and soil contamination. Highway constructions have led to loss of fertile and productive soil and deforestation. N:Fuel and oil spills from motor vehicles are washed on road sides and goes into the soil which can be very hazardous. Transportation also have an impact on urban landscapes.
