  • Male Cuscus are grey and spotted with white dorsal and ventral surfaces. Young males may not have spots.
  • Female Cuscus are usually uniformly grey but may have a white rump. The fur is dense and wooly and it almost hides their short ears.
  • Snout is short and they have red rims around the eye.
  • Skin is yellowish pink.
  • They have a relatively long tail
