Christ Lutheran Church was on 16th Street and Colorado Avenue in the District of Columbia.They used this chapel until they moved to their present location on Georgia Avenue.

I believe Christ Lutheran Church of the Deaf is reaching their audience. The have several outreach programs, as well as ministries available for the church.

If I was a member of the Deaf community, I think I would enjoy this church. It's small, seems very friendly, and have many ministries within the church.
My Opinion:
Founding
In 1995, the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod celebrated 100 years of service to the deaf. This was the first of these churches. (the mama church)
This church's organizations began to spread around America, which eventually led to this church in Maryland. (the baby church)
