What is procrastination?

Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing something.

Procrastinator types...

Occasional Procrastinator

Chronic procrastinator-

You rarely procrastinate at all. Usually when you do put something off, you feel guilty so you try to get it done as soon as possible. You are proficient at planning to get things done, and so you have the least guilt/stress.

You procrastinate all the time. Have you ever thought "I will do this tomorrow." but fail to do it? You may have chronic procrastination. You may also think it's pure laziness but it is truly a severe condition. Guilt might be gained from procrastinating chronically because one might feel they are not meeting to their full potential and so they give up all together. You're not the best at planning. Please rethink your habits.

Moderate Procrastinator

You procrastinate most of the time. You get things done but they probably don't have much effort put into them. You're okay at planning things and you don't have as much stress and/or guilt.
