many financial reguations - from the Constitution to the Dodd-Frank Act,
to the SOX Act. Each has there
own type of prohibition that
protects the taxpayers, but hurt the business wallets

Enron, Inc. a company operated by Kenneth Lay, was a financial leader in the city and helped out put Houston on the map. After the accounting scandals and fraudulent accounts, the company collaspe and focred 6,000 people in unemployment.

Suing the City of Houston for a pay raise of 25% will cost the city $295.8 million over three years if voters approve a proposed charter amendment granting firefighters pay parity with police officers of equivalent ranks.
Please remove
the cap
City Hall issue an proposal to add paid parking meters at the local parks and golf-courese throughout the city.
Local government have also implemented financial regulations for the best interest of the tax payers.
There are different ways to increase revenue for the COH by implementing more User Fees, or just removing the Prop 1.....
