Can the excess marijuana be sold?
- If there is excess growth that a patient overgrew, they can then sell it to another patient with a card
- It is illegal to sell the excess to a non-card holder
So we can have marijuana at school?
- RUP's rules are not changing, students and staff are not allowed to have the substance at school
- Even with a marijuana card, you are not allowed to bring ANY cannabis to school. No exceptions!
How much can be cultivated?
- Under Prop 215, medical patients and caregivers will still be entitled to grow however much is required for their personal medical need
- Non-medical growers are limited to six plants per residence by AUMA.
- Patients CAN be arrested if they exceed the limit of how much is grown

- may increase heart rate and blood pressure
- Can interfere with brain development

- Marijuana can NOT be smoked in areas that say "no smoking." It is going to be treated like cigarettes in public areas
- You can also NOT drive while you're under the influence on marijuana. This will be treated like alcohol in this area.
