This means students are driving

about 10 miles to and from school

Daytime guests will be permitted Sunday through Thursday from 8:00am-11:00pm. No more than two guests at a time will be permitted.

Overnight guests will be permitted on Friday and Saturday nights only. Only one guest at a time will be permitted.

If you are 21 years or older, you may have alcohol in your room only. Alcohol is not allowed in the any common area if anyone in the apartment is under the age of 21.

Tenants under the age of 18 must have a signed parental consent form to have guest privileges.

Smoking/Tobacco Use Smoking or the use of other tobacco products in prohibited on all University grounds

Guests under the age of 18 must have written parental consent to register as a guest.

All guests (daytime and nighttime) must be registered through the Oaks office and provide picture identification.
