Canada

Canada, stretching from the U.S. in the south to the Arctic Circle in the north, is filled with vibrant cities including massive, multicultural Toronto; predominantly French-speaking Montréal and Québec City; Vancouver and Halifax on the Pacific and Atlantic coasts, respectively; and Ottawa, the capital. It’s also crossed by the Rocky Mountains and home to vast swaths of protected wilderness.Well known as "Canadian" are those mammals that are comfortable in the north, such as the caribou, the moose, the wolverine, and the musk ox. Other prominent Canadian mammals are the Canada lynx, and the North American beaver, which is a major symbol of Canada.

China

China, a communist nation in East Asia, is the world’s most populous country. Its vast landscape encompasses grassland, desert, mountain ranges, lakes, rivers and 14,500km of coastline. Beijing, the ancient capital, mixes modern architecture with historic sites including sprawling Tiananmen Square. Its largest city, Shanghai, is a skyscraper-studded global financial center. The iconic Great Wall of China fortification runs east-west across the country's north.Giant panda, the golden monkey, the white-lipped deer, Chinese alligator, brown-eared pheasant and Chinese river dolphin are unique. Crested ibis, the black-necked crane, Asiatic elephant and nearly a hundred other species which are endangered or rare in the world are to be found in China.

Russia

Russia is the largest country by land mass in the world, a status it maintained even after shedding 14 countries when the Soviet Union dissolved in 1991. Early economic turmoil in the Russian Federation gave way to widespread privatization of industry and oil-fueled growth. The nation’s politics have been dominated for more than a decade by the regime of President Vladimir Putin, who has re-nationalized private assets, cracked down on freedom of expression and pursued an expansion of regional influence. This expansion has included a military intervention in Ukraine and an internationally condemned annexation of the Crimean peninsula.A species of boar is also native to Russia, called the Russian Boar. This animal grows to more than 500 pounds in weight and lives in the Siberian Alps and other areas. Boar are actually widespread across many parts of the world, and this is just one species. Russian Boar grow wild in remote parts of Russia, normally remaining in snowy areas. Boar have a vicious reputation, with razor sharp tusks and powerful legs. Boars are also known for their aggressiveness, and are considered dangerous. Few, however, live

U.S.A

The U.S. is a country of 50 states covering a vast swath of North America, with Alaska in the extreme Northwest and Hawaii extending the nation’s presence into the Pacific Ocean. Major cities include New York, a global finance and culture center, and Washington, DC, the capital, both on the Atlantic Coast; Los Angeles, famed for filmmaking, on the Pacific Coast; and the Midwestern metropolis Chicago.in large part to the efforts of the American Bison Society, the species has rebounded, and herds have been built up in preserves, where they live in a semi-wild state. In fact, many bison can be found on Conservancy preserves in the Midwest. A new baby was just born on one of our preserves this spring! -

Brazil

Brazil, a vast South American country, stretches from the Amazon Basin in the north to vineyards and massive Iguaçu Falls in the south. Rio de Janeiro, symbolized by its 38m Christ the Redeemer statue atop Mt. Corcovado, is famed for its busy Copacabana and Ipanema beaches as well as its enormous, raucous Carnival festival, featuring parade floats, flamboyant costumes and samba.has several species of caiman, close relatives of the alligator. They eat fish, amphibians, crustaceans and some birds. In the Pantanal, where caimanssurvived a devastating bout of poaching for their skins in the 1980s, the most common type is the yacare caiman or Paraguayan caiman. Amazonia has four species. The biggest is the black caiman, which reaches up to 6m long and is still hunted for its skin and meat. The most common Amazonian caiman – the one you may get to handle on nighttime.
