* Increased Teacher Observation Opportunities: Model classrooms should be available for teacher observations. This can be with the request of the teacher or per administration request.
* Continued Collaboration: Teachers will continue to reflect with their grade level teams, vertical planning teams, and school-wide on effective and ineffective teaching strategies implemented.
* Student Feedback- All teachers need to commit to receive student feedback on learning.
* Lack of Reflection: Not all teachers are actively participating in reflective practices. Taking the time to notice and wonder what you could do better is key to improving teaching practices.
* Lack of Intervention for Students: Not all teachers are following through with intervention strategies. If students did not reach the intended learning targets, teachers need to commit to implement new strategies and techniques.
