The relationship is...
I find Lucentio and Tranio to have a fairly healthy relationship. They are honest and open with one another which is very important. They are not afraid nor ashamed to act as their true selves with one another and their approach towards the others feelings is always full of good intentions.

I think the two's relationship would grow, even though Lucentio will put his marriage before his friendship. Their bond since youth seems to have always been inseparable, so I don't see why that would ever change.

Master or Friend?
Lucentio and tranio are master and servant,but don't they seem to be friends as well? The two's relationship reminds me of Juliet and her servant. Juliet, a young and irrational girl when it comes to love. Lucentio seems to have the same characteristics when it comes to his love for Bianca. Tranio is the one who helps guide him in a direction that brings him closer to her and eventually helping them to be wed. Tranio's obvious acts of love towards Lucentio make me question rather they are just master and servant or true friends.

Tranio is the best friend and servent to Lucentio. Tranio is smart,loyal and acts as a mentor. Tranio is never physically explained as ugly nor handsome but i do imagine he is not meant to have the looks of lucentio. He truly cares about lucentio and He even inspires him to court the girl of his dreams.
Lucentio is a young, handsome scholar who has traveled to the town of Padua to further his education.
Upon arriving in Padua Lucentio catches a glimpse of a beautiful, fair lady that he will soon attempt to court.
